Support the preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and their validation with stakeholders, under the supervision of senior analysts.
Help translate business requirements into technical specifications, in collaboration with architects and technical teams.
Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
Act as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM-related concepts.
Coordinate with development teams and business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Assist QA/testing teams in defect analysis and resolution.
Maintain fluid communication and track deliverables with various stakeholders.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning activities.
