The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional CA&E Product Director for the North LAC region, responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, commercialization agenda, and expansion of innovative loyalty solutions, as well as driving the offers strategy across the division.
This role will drive regional growth by identifying market opportunities, defining differentiated product narratives, and enabling sales teams with scalable commercialization strategies. The Director will act as a senior strategic partner collaborating with regional and global product, sales, account management, and market teams to accelerate adoption and maximize business impact.
