The HR Director will lead the HR offices in Mexico, which have various divisions in three locations (Coyoacán, Reforma, and Remsen). They will ensure the smooth operation of daily employee processes and act as a strategic HR partner for our senior leaders and other personnel. This role requires working closely with various stakeholders to achieve results and positively influence change. Success indicators for this position are linked to the fulfillment of the people management agenda, aligned with the business's strategic priorities. The Director will drive excellence, experience, consistency, and efficiency through solutions that ensure HR operational excellence, in line with business expectations.
