The DDM Manager will comprehensively oversee the various teams and functions including Data Analytics, Cash Management, Stakeholder Management, Participations Setup, and Month-End Close, as well as providing support to the rest of the Financial Contract Reporting & Administration (FCRA) division. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Mexico City team and ensures that tasks and projects supporting DDM and the remainder of FCRA are completed in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with company standards. This is a dynamic position that will work closely with DDM and FCRA leadership, as well as finance counterparts, to develop a deep understanding and proficiency in all areas of the department/division and the studio's businesses. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for process improvement and ongoing support for the department's standardization/transition initiatives, and may receive special short- and long-term projects from Directors and Vice Presidents.
This position requires occasional travel.
