The SAP AMS Lead for multiple Value Streams (Senior Manager) in North America is responsible for driving the alignment, integration, and execution of SAP AMS value stream business solutions (end-to-end) in a large-scale transformation environment towards S/4HANA.
Operating across all DSO value streams—including *Record-to-Report*, *Make-to-Deploy*, *Order-to-Cash*, *Procure-to-Pay*, and other business value streams—this role ensures that business processes, technology solutions, and delivery teams are fully aligned to enable seamless end-to-end operations, applying ITSM best practices (incident, change, and problem management) and including the transition of new projects to DSO. The position acts as a key integrator between functional, technical, and business teams, balancing strategic direction with practical execution to ensure quality in DSO and prevent disruptions to business activity.
