Advanced SQL & Python: Writes complex queries (CTEs, window functions, optimization) and Python scripts (pandas, scikit-learn, visualization) to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Azure & Databricks: Experience implementing and consuming data pipelines and ML workloads on Azure cloud services and Databricks environments.

Data Governance & Quality: Ensures the integrity, consistency, and traceability of data used in reports and dashboards; contributes to analytical and model documentation standards.
Executive Communication & Storytelling: Fluently presents relevant information to VPs and top-level management. Applies visual literacy principles (Gestalt, color theory) to reduce cognitive load and drive high-impact decisions.
