Alsea, the leading restaurant operating company, has incorporated Israel Enríquez Reynoso as its new Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) in Mexico, a strategic position he formally assumed in August 2026.
A profile forged in retail restructuring
The executive joins the company with a solid track record in the retail sector, after serving for six years and one month as Chief Technology and Transformation Officer at Grupo Axo (from August 2020 to August 2026). During his tenure at that company, Enríquez promoted technological restructuring projects focused on the integration of operational processes, highlighting the implementation of the One AXO project based on the SAP S/4HANA system. Previously, he accumulated management experience as CIO at Grupo Gigante and Neovia Group.
